Communication is essential to the success of any organization or association. Often, the way we communicate is an unconscious action that we don’t think to put effort into. By becoming aware of and identifying how we tend to communicate, we can work to improve communication strategies within our organization or everyday relationships.

This program will focus on the various ways we communicate, drawing from Bateman and Zeithaml’s 6 types of interpersonal communication used in business. Attendees will identify their personal communication styles and learn strategies to communicate more effectively with their coworkers, volunteers, and association members.
