By becoming aware of and identifying how we tend to communicate\, we can work to improve communication strategies within our organization or everyday relationships.\n\nThis program will focus on the various ways we communicate\, drawing from Bateman and Zeithaml’s 6 types of interpersonal communication used in business. Attendees will identify their personal communication styles and learn strategies to communicate more effectively with their coworkers\, volunteers\, and association members.\n\nLearning Objectives: \n1. Identify 6 types of interpersonal communication and how they are used.\n2. Learn why effective communication is critical to association success.\n3.
