2017 Committees

Support TNSAE and enhance your career by serving on a committee. You must personally be a dues-paying member of TNSAE to participate on committees.

Awards Committee

Judge awards entries, recommend changes/improvements to awards program and plan awards ceremony.

Communications/Technology Committee

Identify newsworthy issues, write articles, and solicit articles for the magazine; assist in designing and developing content for an electronic newsletter; and help in website design and content.

APU/Education Committee

Identify topics and select speakers for education programs, serve as hosts/hostess for out-of-town speakers; assist in developing non-traditional education opportunities for members.

Government Relations Committee

Rob Ikard, chair; Kasey Anderson; Bryan Harrison; and Roland Myers
Assist in planning the annual Legislative Program held each January, and monitor the Tennessee Legislature’s activity for issues of concern to Tennessee association professionals.

Membership Committee

Micah Cost, chair
Recruit new members and assist in retention of existing members.

Tradeshow Committee
Develop trade show theme; sell exhibit space and sponsorships; assist with on-site setup and move in at trade show, review evaluations and recommend changes and improvements.
