DESCRIPTION:As associations focus on inclusion internally – at the staff and governance level – or as it relates to Board recruitment and external partners\, associations are at the forefront of ensuring a more inclusive society. Building on the research from FSAE’s 2018 diversity and inclusion study\, this webinar will explore national trends in the association industry and offer recommendations for addressing areas that need improvement.\n\nKey Take-Aways: Participants will learn how associations address diversity and inclusion issues in the workplace and within their leadership. Participants will also explore the development of soft skills through diversity coaching to meet the needs of this action area.
