In partnership with Whorton Marketing & Research, the 2019 Compensation Survey Report is now available. This Compensation Survey Package includes two reports, one with information from the 30 participating State Societies and as well as the localized one for the state of Tennessee providing insight on executive & staff salaries, personnel practices, and fringe benefits, categorized by budget classification and association type. 

Publications

TNSAE Weekly: Members receive a subscription to the TNSAE Weekly newsletter. It contains useful articles, regular columns, special reports and informative advertising. 

TNSAE’s Membership Directory: TNSAE’s Membership Directory is published annually and lists members by category. Information about members in each membership category is cross-referenced in a variety of ways designed to help you easily locate your colleagues. The Membership Directory is an excellent resource for keeping up with who is where and doing what, and for locating the professional services and products you need. The directory contains listings of TNSAE’s volunteer leadership and staff. It also contains TNSAE’s Bylaws.

TNSAECONNECT: In December, 2018, TNSAE relaunched their printed magazine which you will receive three times a year. This publication, published by Innovative Publishing, will continue to grow and be enhanced with new categories and information that you can use and will help you in your association and your career in association management. 

Awards of Excellence

TNSAE’s annual awards program recognizes the leading association executive and association member each year, as well as honoring the best of the best in association programs and services. This annual event is a wonderful way to showcase all of the incredible work associations are doing across the state. Join us as we celebrate! 

Reference Library

Located at the TNSAE Office, the reference library contains books and other materials on a wide variety of topics important to association executives. Want to start an association, better manage your association’s finances, explore legal issues related to associations or plan a membership campaign? That information and more is at your fingertips in our reference materials.

Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

SIGs are groups of association professionals sharing a common interest in a particular management field. TNSAE currently has three SIGs – CEOs, Meeting Planners, and Technology

Meet your buyers one-on-one. TNSAE boasts the state’s only marketplace for exhibitors and association managers and staff at the popular Trade Show held each year. Qualified buyers attend this extravaganza annually to visit exhibit booths and network with peers.
