Personal and professional trustworthiness is important in every organization. Requiring an ethical foundation is one way association leaders can establish standards of honesty and integrity in the work place. This session will provide the ethical tools needed to define, identify and recognizing ethical dilemmas and develop solutions to build a strong foundation for individuals working in professional associations.
